Ordering, Samples & Technical Support

Use this guide to prepare an inquiry and confirm the commercial and technical details for your filtration order.

What should I include in a quotation request?

Include the product or replacement model, material, dimensions, target filtration rating, quantity and destination country or postal code. For process selection, add fluid composition, normal and peak flow, temperature and operating pressure.

What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ is confirmed for the selected product, configuration and packaging. Ask separately about standard items, trial quantities and custom production. A quantity entered in the configurator is a quotation request, not an accepted order.

How do I request a sample?

Send the product specification, intended application and required sample quantity. Sample availability, charges, freight and any custom tooling are confirmed before dispatch. Sample terms vary between filter bags, cartridges, mesh and housings.

What is the production and delivery lead time?

Ask for a current lead time with your quotation. Stock status, quantity, specification approval, custom tooling, production scheduling and transport affect timing. Confirm production readiness and transit time separately before placing the order.

Can you match an existing filter or housing?

Provide the full model reference, dimensions, end-cap or connection drawings and seal material. Email photographs or drawings to sales6@incefiltration.com. Confirm fit and operating limits for the specific model before ordering; a brand name alone does not establish compatibility.

What payment, packaging and delivery terms apply?

Request the payment schedule, quotation validity, packaging specification, delivery term with named place, freight responsibility and export documents in the written quotation. Private-label cartons and special packing should be agreed before production.

Can I request certificates and inspection records?

State the document and application requirements before quotation. Ask which current certificates, material statements, drawings or inspection records apply to the exact product and supplying entity. Document availability and scope must be confirmed for your order.

What happens if a delivered item does not match the approved specification?

Contact sales with the order reference, product or batch identification, photographs and a description of the discrepancy. Keep the item and packaging available for review. Any remedy and return arrangements are confirmed against the agreed order terms.
