Process information to confirm
- Provide the fluid composition, concentration and temperature, including cleaning fluids and any solvent exposure.
- Confirm compatibility of the media, support, seals, adhesives and housing together; a material name alone is insufficient.
- Describe viscosity, target particle removal, batch or continuous operation, pressure conditions and cleaning needs.
Product selection
Filter bags, mesh and cartridges can be compared for the required particle removal and maintenance method. Stainless steel and PPH housings require a process-specific material and pressure-temperature review. Request written confirmation for the proposed configuration.
