Reverse Osmosis Pretreatment
Compare cartridge and housing options for particulate control upstream of an RO system.
Process information to confirm
- Identify the feed source, upstream treatment and the RO equipment supplier's feed requirements.
- Provide normal and peak flow, suspended solids information, temperature and operating pressure.
- Confirm the cartridge rating and retention efficiency, housing fit, seal compatibility and change-out criteria against the system requirements.
Product selection
Melt blown or string wound elements can be considered for depth prefiltration; pleated and high-flow cartridges can be reviewed where filtration area or element count matters. Final selection depends on the feed conditions and the required downstream protection.
Prepare your inquiry
Send the feed-water analysis or available solids data, system flow, current cartridge model, housing dimensions and RO supplier's filtration requirement.
